1. Wash, dry and chop the mint. Mix half of the mint, the tumeric, paprika and cumin with the yogurt. Add salt. Cut the lamb into small cubes and place them on a tray. Pour the sauce, mix and marinate for 30 minutes in the fridge.

2. During this time, wash and cut the tomatoes into cubes. Peel and mince the onions. Peel, chop, wash and wring the Batavian lettuce. Set aside in the fridge.

3. Preheat the oven at 210°C (th. 7). Drain the meat and thread them on the skewers with cherry tomatoes. Place on a baking sheet covered with aluminium foil. Bake for 20 minutes and turn the skewers regularly on each side.

4. Peel and chop the garlic finely. Mix the remaining yogurt with the chopped garlic, the remaining mint, salt and pepper. Heat the pita breads and place them on plates. Garnish with the diced tomatoes, green salad and chopped onions. Top with a tablespoon of yogurt sauce.

5. Place the skewers on top and serve.
