Potato gratin

Follow our easy recipe and make a potato gratin. A perfect dish if you do not have much time to cook.

1. Preheat the oven at 210°C (th. 7). Peel 600 g of potatoes. Cut into fine slices and rinse them. In a pan, boil 40 cl of milk, 10 cl liquid cream and 6 portions of Laughing Cow cheese and 1 pinch of salt.

2. Immerse the potatoes in the pan and cook for 10 minutes over a low heat. Grease the mould with a little butter and rub with 1 clove of peeled garlic. Pour the potatoes and the cooking juices. Cover with grated cheese and bake for 45 minutes.
