Rabbit with apple juice

  Ingredients

1. Peel 1 onion, cut into small pieces. Sauté for 10 minutes with 1 rabbit cut into pieces.

2. Add 25 cl of apple juice. Season with salt to start cooking, pepper, garlic and parsley and let simmer for 1 hour over low heat.

3. Stir in 20 cl soy sauce and 3 teaspoons of mustard. Leave to cook for another 30 minutes.
