General informations
Ingredients
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (th. 6).
2. Wash the grapes and cut in half.
3. Wash and drain the lamb's lettuce. Cut the blue cheese into small pieces. Chop the hazelnuts.
4. Brush a cast iron skillet with olive oil and let it heat up. Sear the beef steaks for 2 minutes on each side. Salt and pepper.
5. Place the streaks in an oiled baking dish and sprinkle with blue cheese. Bake for 10 minutes (medium rare doneness). Divide in 6 plates.
6. Complement with lamb's lettuce and grapes cut in half. Sprinkle with nuts. Serve immediately.
