1. Peel 4 garlic cloves. Put in the bowl of a mixer with 2 teaspoons of anise seeds, 2 teaspoons of fennel seeds, 10 pieces of green peppercorns, 10 grains of black pepper, 2 pinches of sea salt and 6 tablespoons of olive oil. Blend until a smooth paste.

2. Cut lengthwise 1 pork tenderloin and spread over the spices. Let stand for 1 hour at room temperature in a covered pot.

3. Preheat the oven to 200° C (th. 6/7). Bake the meat for 25 minutes, then leave for 10 minutes in the oven off and the door slightly open.
