Grilled gambas with broccoli and apricots
Prepare this easy recipe for delicious grilled gambas with broccoli and apricots.
1. Peel the gambas leaving only the head and the tail.
2. Separate the broccoli florets, cut into pieces and rinse. Place in the basket of a steamer, salt and cook for 15 minutes. Wash, dry, pit the apricots, and cut in half.
3. Melt the butter in a pan and put the apricots to cook over low heat for 10 minutes, turning regularly. Salt and pepper.
4. Place the gambas on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and season. Drizzle with a little olive oil and move it to the highest position in the oven
Let grill for 3 minutes on each side, leaving the door slightly open..
5. Divide the prawns on plates, if you can on banana leaves. Serve with broccoli and apricots in cups.
