Ingredients
1. Prepare the crumble topping by kneading 70 g of flour, 50 g of butter and 50 g of parmesan. When the dough is sandy. Skin off the salmon and roll in the mixture, pressing to coat well.
2. Sprinkle with olive oil and bake for 10 minutes.
