Sauteed pork fillet mignon with onions

No need to be a chef to make this delicious sauteed pork with onions. Just follow the steps of our recipe.

  Ingredients

1. Peel and chop the onions. Wash and dry the sprigs of chervil.

2. Heat the olive oil in a pot and fry the onions for 5 minutes. Add the pork and brown on all sides. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the white wine in with 20 cl of water. Cover and cook for 25 minutes.

3. Cut the pork into slices. Divide onto 6 plates with onions. Decorate with the chervil.

4. Sprinkle with the cooking juices. Serve.
