  Ingredients

1. In a large bowl, mix the chocolate, icing sugar, egg and flour until a smooth texture. Incorporate the softened butter, 2 tablespoons of chopped hazelnuts, and candied orange peel. Place in the fridge for 1 hour.

2. Preheat the oven at 200°C (th.6/7). Brush the phyllo sheets with half of the melted butter. Divide into two and use half a sheet per samosa. Fold each half in two to obtain a long rectangle.

3. Place 1/2 tablespoon of chocolate cream on the left side of each rectangle. Fold into a triangle shape and fold it onto itself until you get one piece of pastry. Tuck in the last bit into the fold.

4. Butter the little triangles with the rest of the melted butter and bake for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with the powdered sugar and the remaining chopped hazelnuts. Enjoy it warm.
