Man Fu Yuan at InterContinental

If you need a reason to visit Man Fu Yuan at InterContinental, their Lunar New Year delicacies and treats is no doubt reason enough.
Delight you taste buds with Executive Chinese Chef Kwan Yiu Kan’s cuisine, and opt either for their takeaway specials or enjoy the elegant setting of the restaurant by dining in. Made of premium ingredients, and personally curated by the chef, each dish respects the traditional themes of happiness, prosperity and longevity. For home celebrations, we recommend getting the popular ‘deluxe treasures pot’ (SGD248+ for five persons with yusheng) filled with 23 of the finest products such as baby abalone, sea cucumber, fish maw and goose web in a tasty broth. A new highlight for this year is the ‘salmon and Japanese hokkigai Yu Sheng’ (SGD98+/SGD148+), served with a ponzu shoyu sauce. The chef also uses an alternative fried vermicelli to give some crisp to the lo hei.
Available until March 5^th, you can choose form the set menus (starting at SGD118++ per person) or a la carte.

Want to celebrate this Lunar New Year with an authentic Teochew meal? Then head to Chui Huay Lim Teochew Cuisine.

Located in one of Singapore’s oldest club (1845), the restaurant with its modern decoration invites you to travel through time in Singapore’s Teochew history. The fine dining restaurant serves typical dishes found commonly made at home to more sophisticated ones as well. Gather for an indulgent dinner with a wholesome and traditional repertoire of dishes, including the hallmark ‘Teochew braised duck’.

The restaurant proposes two different set menus. One features nine sets starting at SGD218++ for a family of four, and a second one available only on February 18^th with price ranging from SGD268++ for 4 guests to SGD1288++ for 10 guests.

Jade Palace Seafood Restaurant

It is no secret that Jade Palace is one of the best Cantonese restaurants in town. With its friendly service, consistent and excellent food, diners are never disappointed.
