Bread Street Kitchen Singapore

The long-anticipated opening of chef Gordon Ramsey's restaurant took place last week at Marina Bay Sands.
Exporting the successful concept of his Bread Street Kitchen venue, chef Ramsey is pursuing his expansion in Asia.
Time to make your reservation and experience the British and European inspired menu.

Zafferano

Italy's most famous and prestigious wine house, Brunello di Montalcino, founded by the Biondi Santi family is showcasing some of their finest 2010 vintage bottles at Zafferano this week. The precious nectar, already named 'vintage of the century' will be paired with Zafferano's Italian fine-dining cuisine.
The five course dinner with wine pairing (SGD138++) will be hosted on Friday, June 26th, at 7.30pm for one night only. During the dinner, Mr Biondi Santi will provide wine guidances for a lively experience.

Jade, The Fullerton Hotel

Master Chef Leong Chee Yeng is helming the kitchen of the famous Jade restaurant at The Fullerton Hotel.
Kicking off Singapore's jubilee celebrations, the chef has designed a Cantonese menu named 'Nostalgic Feast' showcasing classic items in a very refined way (available up to July 31st). The menu is also the expression of good old family times and a mark of appreciation and honour towards Singapore.
Besides of being the acclaimed chef that we know, chef Leong is also showcasing his skills with a ceramic exhibition. All the benefits from the classic and modern handcrafted pieces will be donated to the Autism Resource Centre (up to June 29th).

FRY

Located in Club Street, FRY has just celebrated its 3-year anniversary.
On this special occasion, they have come up with new items to indulge in while chilling on the rooftop, sipping on one of their cocktails prepared by resident mixologist Kris Wong.
On the food side, signature dishes such as 'salted egg fries'(SGD16++), and 'Auntie Ang’s wings' will remain on the menu, and some new additions like the 'kimchi with porkbelly mac & cheese'(SGD24++) are introduced.

Bread Street Kitchen Singapore

Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsey is joining the very private club of chefs of Marina Bay Sands. Bread Street Kitchen has just been inaugurated and will be the place to eat for the next months to come. We don’t about you but we can’t wait to try the cuisine of the popular British chef!

But the most exclusive event to attend this week will be held at Zafferano. The unmissable pairing session with Italian wine house Biondi Santi will feature exceptional vintage wines in presence of Mr. Santi himself, who will provide precious tasting and family history insights.
