Tofu omelet

If you want to eat healthy, here’s a recipe for an omelet with tofu. Vegetarians will appreciate this dish.

1. Cut tofu into small cubes and pour into a bowl. Sprinkle with sesame oil, salt and pepper. Mix and marinate for 2 hours in the fridge.

2. Wash and dry the zucchini. Cut into small dice and steam for 5 minutes. Wash, dry and thin out the parsley. Break the eggs into a bowl and beat them in an omelet. Salt and pepper.

3. Heat the olive oil in a large nonstick skillet and pour in the beaten eggs. Cook for 2 minutes on low heat, then spread the diced zucchini and tofu on the omelet. Partially cover the pan and continue cooking.

4. Sprinkle with parsley leaves and fold the omelet in half. Transfer in a serving dish and serve immediately.

Our healthy tip: Tofu is a source of high quality protein. It is naturally has no cholesterol but poorer in essential amino acids than the meat. Eat with products such as pasta, rice …to ensure adequate protein intake.
