A good coffee often acts as a magic potion. It gives us a feeling of well being especially when it is full-bodied as French coffee!

General informations
Ingredients
1. Soften the gelatine in a bowl of cold water.
2. In a saucepan, boil 1 teaspoon of low calorie sugar and the spices with 7 cl of water. Add the drained gelatine leaf then pour the syrup into a glass. Cool and refrigerate for 1 hour.
3. Using an electric mixer, whip the condensed milk into a light mousse.
4. Before serving, add some more low calorie sugar if needed in the hot coffee and pour over the jelly. It should melt and turn into a syrup.
5. Add the creamy mousse on top. Sprinkle with cocoa powder and serve immediately.
