Here is the recipe for a classic French dish: Quiche lorraine. It’s easy to make and delicious.

Ingredients
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (th. 6). Sauté 80 g blanched bacon with a little fat and drain.
2. In a bowl, mix 2 eggs, 2 yolks and 6 tablespoons of milk powder. Pour 35 cl of water, 15 cl whipping cream, salt, pepper and sprinkle nutmeg.
3. Line the shortcrust dough with parchment paper, arrange bacon and 80 g grated cheese. Pour the mixture over, and bake the quiche for 25-30 minutes.
Our tip: Beat the egg whites until stiff, to obtain a foamy batter.
